Office Administrator
Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a Construction Contractor based in Newport.
As the Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the team. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming telephone calls professionally, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite and ICT systems daily, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Prepare documentation.
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
- Support contract administration, ensuring document management and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records, including estimating and project spreadsheets.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain necessary information promptly and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly via phone calls and emails.
About You:
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
- Preferably (But not essential), a background or knowledge of the Construction Industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
