Site Administrator
Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to work on a large construction project based in the Cardiff area.
The successful candidate will be working alongside Senior Management on site providing financial support & secretarial / administrative duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in managing the site's petty cash, bookkeeping, maintaining the expenses ledger, raising and managing purchase orders and collaborating with the accountant to approve invoices.
- Maintain the purchase ledger for the construction site, ensuring accurate recording of invoices, matching them to purchase orders and delivery notes, and timely processing of payments.
- Assist in managing various administrative and HR-related tasks associated with the construction site. This includes documentation, record-keeping, and coordination of HR-related matters in compliance with company policies.
- Comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the seamless day-to-day operations of the construction site. This includes maintaining records, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
You will need to have advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, to create reports, manage data, and generate documents efficiently.
